Sunset Lakes is located in Groveland, Florida, on 110 acres/50 hectares surrounded by rolling hills and live oak. It offers 3 private waterski lakes; all equipped with slalom courses, jump ramps, and one of the finest tournament approved towboats. All members of our professional staff are handpicked and trained by Jack and Lelani, to ensure our guests have a high quality, fun and safe waterski experience during their stay at Sunset Lakes. Moreover, we have many luxury villas and suites available for rent on site, as well as bunk houses for our more junior guests. A full kitchen service is provided, which includes 3 complete and diverse healthy meals, as well as healthy snacks available all day long. We also provide multiple fitness areas for all our guests to use at their convenience. Wi-Fi Internet service is available throughout the site at a small fee.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Event Preliminary Schedule

OPENING CEREMONY The Opening Ceremony will be held on site at Jack Travers Sunset Lakes on Thursday October 9 following the skiing activities. The opening ceremony is complimentary to officials and contestants. All others can purchase tickets at the event for USD15.00 (Cash Only). Live entertainment as well as Food and Beverage, will be provided.

CLOSING CEREMONY The Closing Ceremony will be held at the Host Hotel, the Mission Inn, on Sunday October 12 following all the skiing activities. Tickets can be purchased for USD65.00 per person at the Sunset Lakes Site (During Registration). Tickets will be sold out by NOON on FRIDAY OCTOBER 10, 2014. Please purchase your tickets prior to that date. A large collection of fine Vértice Wines will be served at the Banquet. Vértice is one of the many generous sponsors for this event.

RELEASE WAIVER & REGISTRATION All candidates must print and fill out and sign the Release Form attached as an Appendix at the end of this Bulletin prior to the event. All athletes must have a release filled out prior to any skiing on site (Including Practice, Familiarization, & Competition) and given to Registration. Registration begins on October 4th on Site, in the Mobile Home (See Attached Map).

CURRENCY EXCHANGE ADVICE Tips pulled from: http://www.gocurrency.com/travelers-tips on Wednesday August 27, 2014. These tips do not reflect Sunset Lakes Ski Club and they are a mere guideline provided by an external 3rd party for your convenience: “Tips for Changing Money As a traveler, your main concern will be getting the most favorable rate possible. A commonly asked question is: should I convert now, or will my money be worth more when I go abroad? Unless your trip is months away, the answer is that it probably will not make much of a difference. The major currencies tend to move +/- 1% in a given day, which is a relatively minor move unless you are changing thousands at a time. Experts agree that travelers will be best off looking for a place that will change money inexpensively. Below are some of your options. Exchanging Money at HomeWhile still at home, you can exchange currency at your local bank. Experts suggest only changing enough to cover travel and transportation costs until you are settled at your destination, as the costs of exchanging money at home can be prohibitive. Other services you can use at home include online money exchange services, which will take American funds and send the converted money to your home. The obvious risk with services like these is fraud and the safety of your funds while they are in transit. Changing Money at Hotels and Airports While hotel and airport exchange may seem convenient, beware of high transaction charges. Generally experts advise avoiding exchanging money at a hotel unless you have no other choice. You can use the currency converter or calculator on our site to determine approximately what you are being charged in transaction costs, so you can more clearly identify how much the markup is. Exchanging Money via Credit Cards Generally credit cards offer the most favorable exchange rates for changing money, since credit card companies have access to better rates than individuals. Be careful when using the credit card if your home currency is falling-since the transactions are not converted instantly, there is a possibility that you will end up with a less favorable conversion rate a few days later. Another alternative to cash is to bring travelers checks with you. Even though these are fading in popularity, they still offer some excellent benefits-namely, that travelers checks can be replaced if they are lost or stolen, and can be used freely at exchanges to get the currency of the country you are in. Changing Money at Local Banks The rates given at local banks are usually decent, although keep in mind that one of two things can happen. If the exchange rate given is determined purely by supply and demand, then you will end up with a price that is close to what is being quoted in the foreign exchange market globally (“market price”). The other alternative is that the government of the country you are in sets the currency exchange rate, which must be offered by anyone who is changing money. Regardless, local banks are often a convenient and relatively low-cost option for changing money. No matter what, always check current rates beforehand by looking in a local newspaper, or by using our currency converter. Changing Money at ATMs

If you would rather not carry large sums of cash, ATMs are a convenient way to obtain local currency at a reasonable exchange rate. Keep in mind that your withdrawal may be subject to a fee, so check with your bank before leaving home. The other point to note is that your bank may freeze your card if out-of-the-ordinary transactions (such as withdrawals in 4 different countries over the course of a week) appear, so keep a copy of your bank’s contact information on hand. OFFICIAL PRACTICE Official Practice Schedule will be published on September 1st, 2014 to all team captains and individual requestors. Based on the time allocated to you, you must submit your payment or provide a Credit Card to hold payment on by September 14, 2014 or you will lose your slots and waiting list skiers will have their pick for them. All payments must be made via Wire on the new Bank Account information that can be emailed to you directly. The wire information we provided in Bulletin 1 was unfortunately HACKED INTO, and we were forced to shut down that account. For your security and ours, we will not publish the wiring information in this Bulletin.

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION All entry fees must be paid immediately to hold your place. Arrangements for payment or wire can be made by emailing: [email protected] If you have not wired your teams' entry fees, please do that ASAP (Unless you have communicated with us and we have arranged for another form of payment from you). Please have 1 wire per country for the entire team. As many of you know, the old account got hacked, and we had to set up a new Account. The new wire information can be emailed personally to you for your security and ours.

PARTICIPANT PHOTO ID All participants must email a Passport like Photo ID by September 1st, 2014 to the following email address: [email protected] . in order for them to have a badge for the event. Please make sure the subject line says: "PHOTO ID - Your Country" (For example, someone from USA would make the subject: PHOTO ID - USA). Also, please do not expect individual replies to those emails as we have 400+ skiers. If possible, you can collect the pictures for your team, and send them in 1 email that would appreciated. If not possible, the team members can send their pictures individually.

MISSION INN UPDATE Our Host Hotel, the Mission Inn, closes their guaranteed room bookings on August 28th. After that date, they no longer will be holding rooms for the event at the agreed upon price. You might be able to have availability, but the Mission Inn is no longer obliged to provide you the rate advertised in the bulletin. http://www.missioninnresort.com/

MASTERCRAFT AVAILABILITY The official boats will be delivered to Sunset Lakes and available for use on Friday October 3rd, 2014. Prior to that, the only boats available for use are the Ski Club and Ski School’s tournament boats.

Declaration, Waiver and Release Form

For, and in consideration of, the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation (the IWWF) and Sunset Lakes Ski club including it’s members and officers, International Tournament Skiing including it’s officers , USA Waterski Association, Sunset Landing Homeowners Association and Jack, Lelani, Christopher, Jonathan and Natallia Travers (the Organiser) accepting my application, and permitting me, to participate and compete in the 2014 World Over 35 Water Ski Championships (the Championships), I, the undersigned, for and on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby irrevocably and unconditionally warrant, represent and undertake to the IWWF and the Organiser as follows:

Any and all information provided and/or disclosed by, or on behalf of, myself to the IWWF and the Organiser (including any directors, officers, employees, volunteer and other representatives thereof) for the purpose of considering and evaluating my application for participation and competition in the Championships is true, correct and accurate;

I have fully read and understood the rules and regulations of participation and competition in the Championships (a copy of which has been made available to me) and I do hereby covenant with, and undertake to, the IWWF and the Organiser to at all times fully comply with, and abide by, the same;

I am in good physical and mental health and I am physically capable of competing and participating, and fully competent to participate and compete, as a competitor in the Championships and that I have not been certified and/or advised otherwise by any qualified medical practitioner;

I do hereby authorise any and all physicians, paramedics and other medical personnel and practitioners procured by, or on behalf of, the IWWF and the Organiser to administer first aid treatment or any medical treatment, surgery or transportation in the event of any illness, accident or injury suffered and/or sustained by me at any time during my participation and competition in the Championships (or any part thereof) and hereby indemnify, and shall keep fully and effectively indemnified, the IWWF and the Organiser (including all directors, officers, employees, volunteer and other representatives thereof) upon demand from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature incurred and/or suffered by the same (or any of them) and arising from, and/or in connection with, the procurement and administration of such medical treatment and transportation in relation to any such illness accident or injury suffered and/or sustained by me;

I acknowledge, agree and confirm that participating and/or competing as a competitor in the Championships (or any part thereof) involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury and property loss or damage and that by signing and completing this Declaration, Waiver and Release Form, I fully understand and have considered and evaluated the nature, scope and extent of the risks involved, and voluntarily and freely choose to assume these risks;

I hereby grant to the IWWF and the Organiser (including its lawful successors and assigns) the sole and exclusive right and licence, in perpetuity and throughout the world and without any compensation whatsoever to me, to use, reproduce, publish and/or exploit, my name, nickname, likeness, image, logos, get-ups, initials, voice, slogan and signatures developed from time to time, reputation, graphical representation, electronic, animated or computer generated representation and any other representation (in any medium whatsoever), right of association, biographical information and other indicia, and any other right or property in my performances, in any media whatsoever, for any purposes whatsoever relating to, and/or in connection with, the IWWF and/or the Championships (or any part thereof) and I shall do all such things (including, without limitation, the execution of appropriate legal documentation) as the IWWF and the Organiser may, from time to time, require to give legal and binding effect to the aforementioned grant of rights;

I irrevocably acknowledge, agree and confirm that the IWWF and the Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify me from participation and/or competition in the Championships (or any part thereof) if I am in breach of any of the warranties, representations and/or undertakings set out in this Declaration, Waiver and Release Form and/or for any reason whatsoever the IWWF and the Organiser considers just and proper, and in the event of any such disqualification, I shall not be entitled to any compensation of any nature whatsoever from the IWWF and the Organiser.

I hereby release, hold harmless, protect, indemnify and forever discharge the IWWF and the Organiser (including its officers, employees, volunteer and other representatives), the Championships and all commercial partners thereof, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or consequential, suffered and/or incurred by me, the IWWF and the Organiser (including its officers, employees, volunteer and other representatives), the Championships and/or all commercial partners thereof and arising from, and/or in connection with any breach of any of the warranties, representations and/or undertakings given by me as set out hereunder; and/or my participation and/or competition in the Championships (or any part thereof), including, without limitation any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from the negligence of the IWWF, the Organiser and/or any commercial partner thereof and/or their any of their respective directors, officers, employees and volunteer and other representatives.

If any provision of this Declaration, Waiver and Release Form should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Declaration I, ___________________________________________________________________(the Competitor), do hereby declare that I have read and fully understood the terms and conditions of this Declaration, Waiver and Release Form and that I agree to be bound by the said terms and conditions of the above agreement with the IWWF and the Organiser.
