Opening sequence of Bullitt. Establishing shot of what looks like a city. Low key lighting. I could perhaps use this in my opening as it gives us the sense of where the opening is set.0.2 seconds – 0.11 seconds.
Logo- Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Presents. Music- Smooth procession music. Close up on what looks like run way for a airport I wouldn’t use a logo like this because I thought that it was a bit to simple for my liking as I would want something creative and more colourful than this one.0.12 seconds- 0.18seconds.
Title heading- Steve McQueen. Fades upon screen.Background- looks like a mirror reflection of the inside of a building. Looks like the shot has been taken from corner of a security desk. 0.18 seconds- 0.26 seconds.
Steve McQueen in back which zooms Into a shot of some men which look Like they are watching something.Medium close up shot.I could use this shot as I thought it was very creative the way the title zoomed into a man.0.27 seconds- 0.34 seconds.
Panning shot of four men sitting looking at something. In Bullitt. A solar Production. I wouldn't use this titling as it covers the faces as the title comes on top of the faces of men.
Zooms into Bullit out into Robert Vaughn. I might use this for my opening sequence as I thought it was very unique compared to the other opening sequences I have seen.
Jacqueline Bisset. Black and white shot of what looks like a lab. Medium close up. Panning shot, I wouldn’t use this as I tend to think it is very ordinary and we tend to see this shot in most opening sequences.
Low key lighting- I might use low key lighting for my opening sequences as I think that it tends to give it that sense of mystery. Panning shot.
