Retail Next Day Delivery to Home Delivery terms and conditions general: The following terms and conditions apply in relation to all orders for bulk items (“Goods”) made by you. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our standard terms and conditions of supply (available at www.diy.com). Please ensure that you have reviewed our standard terms and conditions before you place an order for the Goods. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and our standard terms and conditions these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of that conflict or inconsistency.

Delivery requirements:PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT THAT THE DELIVERY LOCATION COMPLIES WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS.

1. We are able to deliver Goods to selected UK post code destinations, restrictions apply, please ask in-store for details.

2. The delivery vehicle used to deliver products is a similar size to a double decker bus. The delivery vehicle requires sufficient space for loads to be unloaded using a crane.

3. i) Deliveries will not be made where the ground condition is uneven, not suitable to unload or likely to cause damage to the vehicle, ii) Deliveries are to Kerbside only.

4. We will not leave products on public property unless you can show us that you have received written consent from the relevant authority for the products to be delivered to that location.

5. We will cancel your order if the delivery vehicle is unable to safely access the delivery location.

Deliveries:

6. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays).

7. Orders placed: i) before 12pm can be delivered the next working day following receipt of your order by us; ii) after 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days following receipt of your order by us or on a later scheduled date as agreed with you.

8. Free delivery is only available with a minimum order value of £250 or more for goods included in this “Bulk Products Delivered To Your Home” publication.

9. A delivery charge of £20 will apply if the value of your order is placed below the £250 minimum order value.

10. A signature is required on delivery of your order, however, Goods can be left if a prior arrangement has been made between you and us.

11. We do not accept any responsibility for any Goods which are lost or stolen after they have been delivered in accordance with condition 10.

Replacement products:

12. Should the goods supplied be faulty or damaged on delivery, please inform the driver or, if the driver has left the delivery point, contact the store to arrange replacement of the goods.

13. Where goods are faulty or damaged we will aim to replace them within 2 working days of you notifying us. Cancellation:

14. If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for the Goods within 30 (thirty) days of the date you place the order for the Goods, provided that the Goods are unused and in their original packaging.

15. If you cancel your order for the Goods in accordance with condition 14 above, you can either return the Goods to store or you may ask us to collect the Goods from you.
