DU Penang University College has since 1991 been producing industry ready graduates who are renowned for their ability to think on their feet. In the recent MYQUEST 2014/2015 no College withinMalaysia scored higher than the maximum ‘6-star’ rating we received in the key area of GraduateRecognition. MAIN CENTRAL CONGREGATION SPACEThe Piazza is a large, open to sky, gathering space on the 2nd floor where bazaars, fund raising events and outdoor performances can be held. It is a combination of turf and hardscape to allow these events to occur.

BREAKOUT SPACESOn the ground floor, the Cafeteria spills out around a cooling Water Concourse and an educational Herb & Spice Garden. At the student drop-off, The Galleria exhibits student works. MERAKI is this year’s students’ final academic year exhibition in Penang, intending on sharing with the communities both public and academic, the projects our students are passionate about. With a sum of twenty-seven twenty seven student exhibitors from the Department of Built Environment, KDU Penang University College, the exhibition aims to better socialize our students with the academic and design communities from outside the institute. The exhibition would be a great boon as a platform to connect students and people from the design industry, and as well for the betterment of our society in making creativity bloom.

With given career, I provide services to indie game developers in terms of art. Outside of work, I am known for my contributions to various activities from music to help spreading kendama culture to Northern Malaysia.

Thinking back on my journey studying at KDU Penang, I am overwhelmed with memories that I would keep and cherish forever. Each class at KDU leaves me with good memories. Some of the best memories for me were made on the first day at KDU Design department. I was sent to the drawing and painting class which was made up of different races of students. At first sight of a mixed class, I asked my Chinese classmates, “Are you guys from China?” They responded with a loud laugh saying, “NO! We are Malaysians!”
