The customers receiving these cells have satisfactorily met the requirements for a General License from the State of Maryland under regulation 10.14.0 1.01 section C.22. effective 9/21/86. The attached list contains all the names, addresses,, Source -Control Number s (SS#), Tracking Numbers (TR#) and ECD Cell Models*'for the end users in your area to whom we have shipped radioactive materials since we began our General License Program. The radioactive material shipped was 10 millicuries of Ni63 in a sealed electron capture detector for a gas chromatograph. Prior to shipment, all pertinent wipe tests were performed and the results reported to the end user. The end user has been properly instructed in the proper use, preventative maintenance, and .methods for disposal of this product. The end user has agreed to abide by the rules and procedures we have outlined as being required under a general license.
