Casework and finish carpentry ongoing. Rubber floor tile and base molding ongoing. Window shade installation ongoing. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fixture installation ongoing. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation ongoing at first and third floor mechanical rooms and first floor boiler room.

Arbor: Exterior – Sheet metal flashing and window installation in-progress.

North Building: Exterior – Painting ongoing, sun-shade installation in-progress. Interior – Hardwood floor finishing complete at gymnasium. Window installation complete. Site: Landscaping is ongoing at the upper tier of site; continued installation of chain link

fencing at lower and upper tiers.

Area 1: Continued final cleaning; continued programming controls sequencing and

development of graphics.

Area 2: Continued final cleaning; continued programming controls sequencing and

development of graphics.

Area 3: Continued final cleaning; functional testing continued; contractor coordinating

Health Inspection for kitchen; continued programming controls sequencing and

development of graphics; coordinating meeting with SPS, DEL and eWorks to inspect

childcare rooms and coordinate licensing.

Area 4: Continued final cleaning; began functional testing; continued programming

controls sequencing and development of graphics.

Note: Owner mechanical training occurred and SPS furnished cleaning supplies in

preparation for occupancy. Furniture beginning to arrive.

complete. Interior - Cabinetry complete. Kitchen equipment install ongoing.

Ceiling grid/tile install ongoing. Painting ongoing. Area A2 Interior - Final coats

of paint ongoing at all floors. Grid ceiling complete, ceiling tiles nearly

complete. Commissioning of equipment ongoing. MEP fixtures being installed.

Concrete floors receiving final grinding. Elevator received initial inspections.

Area A3 Exterior - Water proof membrane installation ongoing. Concrete stairs

form work complete. Interior - GWB finishing complete. Painting ongoing.

Building B: Exterior - Roofing complete. Exterior sheeting and air barrier

complete. Interior - Band/choir room painting ongoing. Ceiling installation

ongoing.

Building C: Exterior - Metal siding complete. Interior - Elevator installation

Meany Middle School

Site: Partial site mobilization.

1954 Classroom Wing: Interior – Window concrete infill is progressing in

Sector 4 and 5. This activity will continue until the end of the month. Wall

framing and installation of shear walls is progressing in Sector 4 and parts

of Sector 5. Plumbing rough-in has started in restrooms. Band and Choir

room concrete cuts complete for receipt of new windows. Insulation at Band

and Choir will complete this week. MEP rough-in progressing and will

continue in sector 4 and 5 for another week. Trenching for MEP rough-in to

continue into next week.

Remainder of building: No work occurring until after Seattle World School

leaves site. Contractor has full access to site not later than July 12, 2016

Placed kitchen tile flooring. Delivered kitchen equipment. Ongoing placement of ductwork and louvers.
