Renfay has a fully accredited Safety, Quality and Environmental Integrated Management System.
Our fully accredited Integrated Management System (IMS) has
been established in accordance with standards:

• AS/NZS 4801-2001 - Occupational Health & Safety
• ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management Systems.
Our WHS ObjectiveS are:• Provide safe equipment, written procedures and instructions

Many of our senior staff have a trade background and as such this

The company principal is personally involved in each project as
the company is committed to undertaking only works that they
are both experienced in and can service fully by the existing team.

FADY BECHARA // managing Director /
Bachelor of Building / Registered Builder
Fady is the founding director of Renfay and has over 10 years’
experience in building and holds a Bachelor of Building degree.
Fady plays a key role in the strategic planning and management
of the firm’s construction projects. Fady has previously worked for
Mirvac.
ANTHONY JONES // Project Estimator / manager
Anthony has had extensive experience in project estimating,
procurement and construction tenders.
The projects he has been involved in include commercial,
residential, building alterations, additions and the BER rollout.
ROSS DI mAURO // Site Supervisor
As Site Manager, Ross overlooks the overall construction program
and job safety.
Ross is a qualified carpenter and builder and has had over
30 years’ experience in the construction industry across various
projects.
Ross is also responsible for delegating work tasks, contractor
management, quality and technical issues, manage purchases,
budget adherence and to drive production.
gRACE BOgOmIAgKOV // Development manager
Grace focuses on the retail division, managing all aspects of the
project from commencement to handover. She also manages
the “Renfay” brand and collateral material. Grace has 15 years of
experience in shopping centre retail management, tenancy fitouts
and has previously worked for Stockland and Jones Lang Lasalle.
EVE PABALATE // Office manager / Client Relations
Eve manages office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Eve also heads client relations and is focused on being a central
point of information for business relationships. Her customer
service leadership and work ethic makes her a valued member of
staff. She has previously worked for various Strata Companies.
