1. Contribute - Contributing to society and the community in a positive way not only is rewarding but deepens our sense of purpose and the rewards come back two-fold. Getting out of your comfort zone is where growth and human connections are made.

1. Positive intentions result in positive action - Others will judge us for our actions, but we judge ourselves by our intentions. If our intentions are positive and well thought out, positive actions will shine through.

2. Create healthy habits - "The secret of your success is found in your daily routine."

3. Commit to being fit - Have a plan and stick to it. The flow on effect from this in all areas of your life is priceless.

4. Practice compassion - If we can't first look after the most vulnerable beings on this planet, how will we ever look after each other?

1. How does MY life affect the world? - Considering what impact your actions OR non-actions can have on the world and the people around you.

1. Letting go and forgiving yourself - We are all human and slip-ups big and small happen to everyone.

2. Your consumer life is a tool to vote for future generations - You can make a difference. Source ethical products and plant-based foods to point your vote in the right direction.

3. Make “movement” a priority in your week - Make sweating and strength building a priority!

1. Stop relying on others to make the road easier for you - Hold yourself accountable for your goals.

3. Live to laugh - Make time to kick back, have some fun, and giggle at the world’s ironies and absurdities!

4. Drink your greens - Green leafies are the forgotten food group and you will benefit from reacquainting yourselves with these nutrition powerhouses.

1. Quality over quantity - With food, too many people go overfed and undernourished. With training, give 100% to one exercise at a time to see progress.

1. Longevity over short term gains - Don’t fall for quick fixes and short cuts if you want to create sustainable changes.

2. Create the life you want - Life is too short not to try and make your dreams a reality.

3. Make a positive impact on other people’s lives -True happiness comes from seeing the happiness you can encourage in others.

4. Cherish family and friends - They will be the ones who are there to help you through life, and create the genuine experiences that are priceless.
