What defines a “Website” has changed

It is important to note that, in this standard, the term "Web page" includes much more than static HTML pages. It also includes the increasingly dynamic Web pages that are emerging on the Web, including "pages" that can present entire virtual interactive communities. For example, the term "Web page" includes an immersive interactive movie-like experience that you find at a single URL.

Have Clear Objectives

To serve the citizens of Utah by providing integrated, secure, one-stop and customer-centric e-government services that deliver increased value and facilitate better access to public services and information;

To transform Utah Government by facilitating business process reengineering that improves service delivery, strengthens the value of our customer focus, and enhances efficiency and productivity whenever practicable; and,

To maintain Utah as a leading digital state by promoting a more pervasive and capable e-government environment that promotes the adoption of ecommerce and e-business as useful channels for interacting with government.
