Tire sits nicely on my 2x8 mounted on the side od my bench. Much better than holding with you hand or on your leg. You could accidently drill your body parts.?

?Drilling a hole in tire cleats helps to locate where to put the screw in from inside the tire.

?here is the tiny mark the drill bit made when it went threw. This is where the screw goes.

Put self taping screw in hole. I you want you can use some glue but I don’t know what kind will work. Mine never came out.

Trim as close as you can the excess screw. Leave just a little. I have these mini bolt cutters that work very well. Those screws are hard.

Put as many screws as you think you may need. To many is to heavy but better because you have less chance of slipping. Fewwer makes it lighter so your can go faster on those slippery icey rocks. LOL
