My House• Being an adult I encountered many responsibilities and

challenges. For my house, I chose a cheap, comfortable, and quiet home in Austin. Through research in the real estate market, I found a very cheap home on 14804 Staked Plains Loop. It was priced at a very generous $8.37 monthly. It looked very nice, complete, and had cheap mortgage. I thought that this house was a great bargain and decided to not miss up an opportunity like this one.

My house cont..• My house had an estimated monthly insurance of $65. A very good price in my

opinion for my budget• My house also had a property tax price posted on the website. The tax is $487.87

monthly.• I got Gexa Energy with a plan that was eco-friendly and costs about $.10 per kWh

at 2,000 kWh.• My water supplier came out to be Austin Water utility.• For my life’s entertainment, I got a bundle from At&t specially made where I pay

$41.99 for my cable, $35 for my phone service, and $14.95 for my internet.• I got Texas Gas Service for only 10.95 per month. I find the price to be Ideal for my

budget

My Car.• I got a well-priced, comfortable Ford Fiesta 2011 car for a very low price of $243

per month.• With every car, there needs to be car insurance. I went online and got a very easy

insurance quote from Geico with all their discounts and savings. I now pay $126.59 in car insurance.

• The most expensive thing about a car is the gas. With gas prices going up through the roof, buying gas becomes very expensive. I got all of my gas from Valero.

• My maintenance could cost me some money in my first month so I set aside $75 for my oil change.

My Cell Phone

• The Iphone has always been a phone that I wanted. It seems to be so endlessly entertaining. In my At&t bundle, I got an I phone. I only need to pay $49.99 for the phone, but I also need to pay for mandatory services on the phone which costs $49.99 per month. I find the price very well fitting in my budget.

Health insurance and a credit card.• For my health insurance, I got a free quote from

Celtic, for $61.53.• There were so many credit cards to choose from, but

I chose on of Chase’s credit cards because they have reward points that could help get me money back.
