By following a simple Buddhist rule, I finally found inner peace.

So last night I finisheda bottle of pastisa bottle of white winea bottle of red winea bottle of voka

A bottle of Champagne, my box of chocolates,a large bag of chips and finally the Heineken pack.

You have no ideahow well I feel ..!
