Revisors erklæring om opstilling af årsregnskab
Til kapitalejeren i BTTB Elektronik ApS
Vi har opstillet årsregnskabet for BTTB Elektronik ApS for
regnskabsåret 8. november 2017 - 31.december 2018 på grundlag af
selskabets bogføring og øvrige oplysninger, som virksomheden har
tilveje-bragt.
Årsregnskabet omfatter anvendt regnskabspraksis,
resultatopgørelse, balance og noter.
Vi har udført opgaven i overensstemmelse med ISRS 4410, Opgaver
om opstilling af finansielle oplysnin-ger.
Vi har anvendt vor faglige ekspertise til at assistere
virksomheden med at udarbejde og præsentere års-regnskabet i
overensstemmelse med årsregnskabsloven. Vi har overholdt relevante
bestemmelser i revi-sorloven og FSR – danske revisorers Etiske
regler for revisorer, herunder principper vedrørende
integritet,objektivitet, faglig kompetence og fornøden omhu.
Årsregnskabet samt nøjagtigheden og fuldstændigheden af de
oplysninger, der er anvendt til opstillingenaf årsregnskabet, er
virksomhedens ansvar.
Da en opgave om opstilling af finansielle oplysninger ikke er en
erklæringsopgave med sikkerhed, er vi ik-ke forpligtet til at
verificere nøjagtigheden eller fuldstændigheden af de oplysninger,
virksomheden har gi-vet os til brug for at opstille årsregnskabet.
Vi udtrykker derfor ingen revisions- eller reviewkonklusion
om,hvorvidt årsregnskabet er udarbejdet i overensstemmelse med
årsregnskabsloven.

aktivitet består i maskinproduktion og salg af printplader til
andre virksomheder.
Udviklingen i aktiviteter og økonomiske forholdSelskabets
resultatopgørelse for 2017/18 udviser et overskud på kr. 93.214, og
selskabets balance pr. 31.december 2018 udviser en egenkapital på
kr. 143.214.

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
Årsrapporten for BTTB Elektronik ApS for 2017/18 er aflagt i
overensstemmelse med årsregnskabslovensbestemmelser for
virksomheder i regnskabsklasse B med tilvalg fra højere
klasser.
Årsrapporten for 2017/18 er aflagt i kr.
Der er ingen sammenligningstal, idet 2017/18 er selskabets
første regnskabsperiode.
Generelt om indregning og målingI resultatopgørelsen indregnes
indtægter i takt med, at de indtjenes. Herudover indregnes
værdiregule-ringer af finansielle aktiver og forpligtelser. I
resultatopgørelsen indregnes ligeledes alle omkostninger,herunder
afskrivninger og nedskrivninger.
Aktiver indregnes i balancen, når det er sandsynligt, at
fremtidige økonomiske fordele vil tilflyde selskabet,og aktivets
værdi kan måles pålideligt.
Forpligtelser indregnes i balancen, når det er sandsynligt, at
fremtidige økonomiske fordele vil fragå sel-skabet, og
forpligtelsens værdi kan måles pålideligt.
Ved første indregning måles aktiver og forpligtelser til
kostpris. Efterfølgende måles aktiver og forpligtelsersom beskrevet
for hver enkelt regnskabspost nedenfor.
Visse finansielle aktiver og forpligtelser måles til amortiseret
kostpris, hvorved der indregnes en konstanteffektiv rente over
løbetiden. Amortiseret kostpris opgøres som oprindelig kostpris med
fradrag af eventu-elle afdrag samt tillæg/fradrag af den
akkumulerede amortisering af forskellen mellem kostpris og
nomi-nelt beløb.
Ved indregning og måling tages hensyn til forudsigelige tab og
risici, der fremkommer, inden årsrapportenaflægges, og som be-
eller afkræfter forhold, der eksisterede på balancedagen.
Resultatopgørelsen
BruttofortjenesteSelskabet anvender bestemmelsen i
årsregnskabslovens § 32, hvorefter selskabets omsætning ikke
eroplyst.
Bruttofortjeneste er et sammendrag af nettoomsætning, ændring i
lagre af færdigvarer og varer underfremstilling samt andre
driftsindtægter med fradrag af omkostninger til råvarer og
hjælpematerialer og an-dre eksterne omkostninger.
NettoomsætningIndtægter fra salg af handelsvarer og færdigvarer,
indregnes i resultatopgørelsen, når levering og risiko-overgang til
køber har fundet sted, og hvis indtægten kan opgøres pålideligt og
forventes modtaget.
Omkostninger til råvarer og hjælpematerialerOmkostninger til
råvarer og hjælpematerialer indeholder det forbrug af råvarer og
hjælpematerialer, der eranvendt for at opnå årets
nettoomsætning.
Andre eksterne omkostningerAndre eksterne omkostninger omfatter
omkostninger til distribution, salg, reklame, administration,
lokaler,tab på debitorer, operationelle leasingomkostninger mv.
PersonaleomkostningerPersonaleomkostninger omfatter løn og
gager, inklusive feriepenge og pensioner samt andre omkostning-er
til social sikring m.v. til selskabets medarbejdere. I
personaleomkostninger er fratrukket modtagnegodtgørelser fra
offentlige myndigheder.
Af- og nedskrivningerAf- og nedskrivninger indeholder årets af-
og nedskrivninger af materielle anlægsaktiver.

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
Finansielle indtægter og omkostningerFinansielle indtægter og
omkostninger indregnes i resultatopgørelsen med de beløb, der
vedrører regn-skabsåret. Finansielle poster omfatter renteindtægter
og -omkostninger, finansielle omkostninger ved fi-nansiel leasing,
realiserede og urealiserede kursgevinster og -tab vedrørende
værdipapirer, gæld ogtransaktioner i fremmed valuta, amortisering
af realkreditlån samt tillæg og godtgørelse
underacontoskatteordningen mv.
Skat af årets resultatÅrets skat, som består af årets aktuelle
selskabsskat og ændring i udskudt skat, indregnes i
resultatopgø-relsen med den del, der kan henføres til årets
resultat, og direkte i egenkapitalen med den del, der kanhenføres
til posteringer direkte i egenkapitalen.
Balancen
Materielle anlægsaktiverAnlæg, driftsmateriel og inventar samt
indretning af lejede lokaler måles til kostpris med fradrag af
akku-mulerede af- og nedskrivninger.
Afskrivningsgrundlaget er kostpris med fradrag af forventet
restværdi efter afsluttet brugstid.
Kostpris omfatter anskaffelsesprisen og omkostninger direkte
tilknyttet anskaffelsen indtil det tidspunkt,hvor aktivet er klar
til brug.
Der foretages lineære afskrivninger baseret på følgende
vurdering af aktivernes forventede brugstider ogrestværdier:

Aktiver med en kostpris på under kr. 13.500 omkostningsføres i
anskaffelsesåret.
Brugstiden og restværdien revurderes årligt. En ændring
behandles som et regnskabsmæssigt skøn, ogindvirkningen på
afskrivninger indregnes fremadrettet.
Fortjeneste eller tab ved salg af materielle anlægsaktiver
indregnes i resultatopgørelsen under andredriftsindtægter
henholdsvis andre driftsomkostninger.
Andre finansielle anlægsaktiverDeposita måles til amortiseret
kostpris.
Værdiforringelse af anlægsaktiverDen regnskabsmæssige værdi af
materielle anlægsaktiver vurderes årligt for indikationer
påværdiforringelse, ud over det som udtrykkes ved afskrivning.
VarebeholdningerVarebeholdninger måles til kostpris efter
FIFO-metoden. Er nettorealisationsværdien lavere end kostpri-sen,
nedskrives til denne lavere værdi.
Kostpris for handelsvarer samt råvarer og hjælpematerialer
omfatter anskaffelsespris med tillæg af
hjem-tagelsesomkostninger.
TilgodehavenderTilgodehavender måles til amortiseret
kostpris.
Likvide beholdningerLikvide beholdninger omfatter likvide
beholdninger.

Anvendt regnskabspraksis
Selskabsskat og udskudt skatAktuelle skatteforpligtelser og
tilgodehavende aktuel skat indregnes i balancen som beregnet skat
af åretsskattepligtige indkomst, reguleret for skat af tidligere
års skattepligtige indkomster samt for betalte aconto-skatter.
Udskudt skat måles efter den balanceorienterede gældsmetode af
midlertidige forskelle mellem regn-skabsmæssig og skattemæssig
værdi af aktiver og forpligtelser opgjort på grundlag af den
planlagte an-vendelse af aktivet henholdsvis afvikling af
forpligtelsen.
GældsforpligtelserFinansielle forpligtelser indregnes ved
lånoptagelse til det modtagne provenu efter fradrag af
afholdtetransaktionsomkostninger. I efterfølgende perioder måles de
finansielle forpligtelser til amortiseret kostprissvarende til den
kapitaliserede værdi ved anvendelse af den effektive rente, så
forskellen mellem prove-nuet og den nominelle værdi indregnes i
resultatopgørelsen over låneperioden.
Øvrige gældsforpligtelser, som omfatter gæld til leverandører,
tilknyttede virksomheder samt anden gæld,måles til amortiseret
kostpris, hvilket sædvanligvis svarer til nominel værdi.
