(BTS) Behind The Scenes of The Photo Shoot… Janna Ajaj The images below show the behind the scenes at the photo with Deejay (Our Artist) in the studio. I had taken a range of different photographs of Deejay as this was our first photoshoot we had done. I initially wanted a white background and flooring to give that fully studio effect. However we began by taken photos without the white flooring to see the difference which it would make to the image, after a few photos without the white flooring we compared it with the other pictures and you could instantly see a massive difference in professionalism, high quality lighting was also used to help with the quality of the images and editing the image later on in Photoshop. Before taking these images I had to make sure I was also considering the mise-en-scene for the genre of music, this including Deejays outfit, hair/makeup/positioning/facial expressions etc. this way the artist conforms to representations of a typical R&B singer by the codes and conventions.
