BSNL Customers in many are worrying about how much

BSNL Broadband Free usage limit crossed and how much

excess bills are coming for internet data usage and how to

check the broad band data usage for a user with an online

portal account.

Now there is no need to worry about excess broadband

usage, because BSNL has provided two options in getting

your BSNL Broadband Data usage on daily basis.

BSNL Broadband Data Usage Checking Process Through Online Portal and SMS

1. Through BSNL Broadband Customer Selfcare Portal which requires user to be registered,

this portal provides broadband usage and landline customer details upto date and the facilities

like Complaints, Plan change, View Bills, Bill Payment, Check Broadband Unbilled Usage, Update

Profile, Track Orders/Complaints Online, Change Broadband Password etc.., through login to

their respective link as follows.

http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in for South Zone ( Andhra Pradesh,

Chennai, Karnataka, Kerala Tamilnadu,) customers

http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in for North Zone ( Haryana, Punjab, UP(West),

UP(East), Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir) customers

http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in for West Zone ( Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh,

Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, ) customers

http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in for East Zone ( Kolkata, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal,

Adman Nicobar, Assam, Jharkhand, North East ) customers

2. Through SMS

There are two procedures to get the Broadband usage through SMS as follows

Procedure-1 : From BSNL Mobile

Registration is Mandatory

REG<space><STD Code with Zero+Telephone Number> (Telephone Number means your

Broadband LL number), Example: REG 0402355555 and send SMS to 52295.You will get

confirmation message.

b)BBU <space><STD Code with Zero+Telephone Number> (Telephone Number means your

Broadband LL number), Example:- BBU 0402355555 and send SMS to 52295.Yow will get

Broadband usage details,

Procedure-2 : From Other Operators Mobile

Registration is Mandatory

a) REG<space><STD Code with Zero+Telephone Number> (Telephone Number means your

Broadband LL number),Example: REG 0402355555 and send SMS to 09448077777

b) BBU <space><STD Code with Zero+Telephone Number> (Telephone Number means your

Broadband LL number).

Example: BBU 0402355555 and send SMS to 09448077777

BSNL Customer who can pay the bill through the online portal will get 1% discount in the next

bill and customer can have a look for Broadband Modem Charges, Limited Plans and Unlimited

Plans.

After your login in the above selfcare portal u will get the details of current broadband

plan and requests pending and bills pending etc.. and all the details of your Broadband

and Landiline

Click on the corresponding selfcare link and click on forgot password option,

then u will ask to enter customer id(which is in your bill) and your e-mail

address which u have already given, after that u have get a mail with login

details.

While registering , when I clicked next the system showed , that its timed out . Then

again when I tried to register it showed that user already exists . I thought that I might

have been registered earlier and the message was due to an error , so I tried to login .

It logged in , but to my surprise I found that it was someone else's account . I

immediately closed it .

My question is that why this happened and will any action would be taken against me

for accessing someone else's account whereas the reality is that it was a mere

coincidence and nothing else . I did nothing in the account . Please clarify . I'm from

Sadly none of the above options are working

1. The user registration goes for approval by customer care official which hasn't

happened till now.. not sure how many days the CSR will take.

2. The sms option worked until registration but there was no response for sms bbu..

for BB user id, please register in the above portals which belongs to you with

the details of your telephone which is in the bill(Customer ID etc..),

The day BSNL has changed from its old portal system for broadband usage i have not

been able to register till date & taking to BSNL guys is just useless they themselves are

not aware an excellant example of how government of India enterpirses fail to private

competitors & the system asks for some "dyna pro" not installed on you machine also

the sms system is total failure does noy give any result.

Can someone help me in getting registered for "Pune" BSNL broadband portal

BSNL portal system for broadband usage will works only on internet explorer 6 and

above, so pls try in ie

yes u can continue BB without phone, pls disconnect telephone instrument

only, or approach concerned authorities to provide only incoming facility,

charges for telephone are according to your BB plan.

When i try to loin in http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in , I got an authentication failed

massage. I go to forget password link and enter my customer id and click on continue, I

got the following message.

Regsitration Pending with BSNL

You cannot unlock account/reset password because:

Your Registration Request is pending with BSNL Call Center Agent for Approval. Once

approved, you will receive an email with your Login Credentials.

For further clarification, please contact BSNL Customer Care.

Does any one has information how to register the FTTH landline number on selfcare

portal of BSNL. The FTTH bill issued by Haryana Circle does not contain Account

number etc. required for registration on self care portal.

I am using BSNL landline wireless connection, I wants to change the wireless

connection to normal connection. Whats the procedure to do it in Kerala circle. Once I

get the wired connection I can apply for broadband internet & that will give more

speed that wireless conection. Kindly please advice
