B.’s stretches
Reach arms across table. Stretch!
Push arms down and straighten!
Fold hands, then raise above head.
Have one person put their hand out
B. then raises his foot to the hand10 on each side.
Heels down, toes up to do toe lifts.Then do heel lifts-toes down, heels up
10 of each.
Relax and sit, remember to keep your legs straight.
