Access your Apps

• Quick press then release the center button of the joystick to access menu.• Push the joystick up to select "Launch BRP Connect" and push the joystick right.• Select the App you would like to use and press the center of the joystick.- to leave the App, long press the joystick center button- to return to the main menu, press the button facing forward on the multifunction switch.

On the phone: • Activate your phone's bluetooth function. Refer to your manufacturer's user guide for detailed procedure.• Choose "BRP Connect"• A confirmation number will appear on your phone screen and the vehicle gauge screen. Make sure these numbers match. • Press Pair on your phone and select the green check mark on the vehicle gauge• Allow Contacts and Favorite Sync on your phone

It is recommended to use the OEM charging cable to optimize transfer between the phone and the vehicle. Use the front USB port.

A checkmark will appear on your phone screen once the connection is done.

Pair your Smartphone via Bluetooth On the vehicle:

• Short press the center button of the joystick to access menu • Go down and select “Settings” and press right • Select “Bluetooth” and press right • Select “Phone” and press right • Select “Add Phone” and press right. Bluetooth is now visible

Configuration steps on your smartphone only need to be performed once.

This means that a connection with non-supported phones, iPads or iPods might work but is not guaranteed to function properly. What is BRP Connect?BRP Connect is a technology that enables some of your smartphone apps to directly access the Can-Am Spyder instrument cluster. The apps are optimized in a couple of critical ways in order to make for amore pleasant and safe riding experience: BRP Connect is compatible with apps that are relevant to riding, reducing unnecessary clutter Each app is optimized in a way that only the information that matters is displayed Riders can therefore get directions, listen to their favorite music, check the weather and share experiences while enjoying the open road.

My smartphone device won't connect to the vehicle despite me performing everything correctly: the BRP Connect app is installed on the smartphone, the device is plugged in to the vehicle via the proper USB cable (i.e. the one at the front of the vehicle) and the device is paired via Bluetooth?Ensure your device is not locked (i.e. you have your apps in front of you, no need for a PIN, password or any other unlock procedures) when connecting it to the vehicle. Also make sure the smartphone is connected to the USB at the front of the vehicle and that you use a good quality USB cable, i.e. the one usually provided by your phone's manufacturer. If this does not work, validate if your device is compatible by referring to the appropriate question above.
