    Pentru o prima cunoatere a funciunii delocuire, propunerea de a studia temaLOCUINE CUPLATE ofer un exerciiu relativcurent n practica de proiectare, interesant,att din punct de vedere spaial, ct i dinpunct de vedere funcional.

    Amplasamentul se afl n apropiereaBucuretiului n comuna Gorgota ntr-o zonsupus interveniilor imobiliare pentru uncartier de locuine colective.Regimul de inlime va fi parter sau parter cuetaj parial. Ocuparea la sol a terenului va fide max. 45% cu retragerea minim obligato-rie - 3 m. - de la limita lotului.

    Fiecare atelier a avut un grad propriu de li-bertate a abordrii i soluionrii temei, dar n condiiile unei teme cadru obligatorii.

    neighborhood.The height level is ground floor or groundfloor +1 floor.The dwelling can occupy no more than 45% ofthe plot. The overall setback is 3 m.

    Each individual theaching group had a certaindegree of freedom for approaching and solv-ing the subject, all in the frame of a genaralcompulsory theme.

    coerent temei de proiectare. Am urmtit cacele doua case s fie percepute ca o singurlocuin, un ntreg. O prim idee a fost aceeade a sublinia ruperea de direcie a limitei din-tre cele doua loturi. Acest demers a generatdoua volume alungite, care urmresc laturileparcelei. Primul este frnt, pentru a puteaprelua paralelismul laturii adiacente. Acestecorpuri sunt articulate de dou tuburi de sticlcu rol de circulaie, flancate de sere

    descoperite.

    STUDENTS' PRESENTATION

    My project wanted to respond as coherent as

    possible to the design theme. I wanted it to beperceived as one house, one whole, despitethe fact that there are two dwellings. A firstidea was to highlight the form of the bound-ary between the sites. This approach hasresulted in 2 elongated volumes, which followthe edges of the terrain.One volume is torned, in order to assume theparallelism of the site. These bodies are artic-ulated by 2 glass tubes with a role in the

    movement, flanked by revealed greenhouses.

    Tema propus pentru studiu este o locuinunifamilial izolat, pentru minim 4 per-soane, cu regim de nlime S(Ds) + P + E1+ E2 (parial sau mansard).

    Unul din obiectivele importante ale temei, pelng rezolvarea funcional, constructiv iplastic adecvat cerinelor contemporane afost i acela de nscriere ntr-un ansambluconstituit cu un anume specific, pe careamplasamentul ales nc l mai permite.

    Amplasamentul propus se afl n cartierulCotroceni lng biserica Sf. Elefterie Vechi.Indiferent de opiune pentru amplasarea

    locuinei pe lot s-au respectat prevederileCodului Civil i POT = 40% , CUT = 1,3.

    Proiectul s-a desfurat n dou etape: primaetap a constat n analiza sitului i proiectpreliminar cu predare la atelier iar a douaetap a constat n proiectul final.

    The suggested topic is the design of adetached family house for a family having atleast 4 members. The building height shouldbe ground floor and two floors with a base-ment or a semi-basement.One of the main objective of the project, aswell as solving the functional and constructivproblems and dealing with the aestheticrequirements of a contemporary dwelling, isto articulate the proposed building with thearchitectural context, having a certain charac-ter. The proposed site is in the Cotroceni area,near the St. Elefterie old church. Regardless ofthe position of the dwelling on the plot the pro-posal should follow the regulations of the Civi

    Code and a Site Occupacy Ratio = 0.40 and amaximum Floor Area Ratio = 1,3.

    The study consisted in 2 stages: first the analy-sis of the context and a preliminary proposalwith discussions inside each teaching groupand the second consisting of the final proposal

    PREZENTAREA STUDENTILOR

    Terenul, aflat in Cotroceni, este o gradin deform dreptunghiular, cu vegetaia crescutperimetral. Din analiza zonei, in afara con-cluziile referitoare la studiile de nlime,raport plin-gol, etc. am observat o ateniedeosebit a locuitorilor acelei zone pentru gr-dini. Proiectul a nceput prin cutarea uneirelaii ntre cas i gradin i modul de inte-racionare al celor 2 tipuri de spaii - interior iexterior.

    Casa se dezvolt n lungime, se aeaz perime-tral pe laturile nord i est, lsnd n mijlocul ei,orientat sud sud-vest, gradina. Suprafaa con-struit pe pmnt a fost redus la minimum.

    Etajul II , ridicat n aer pe piloni, elibereazterenul, se pierde ntre copaci i permitespaiului sa curg liber pe direcia est-vest.Sub acest volum ridicat se creeaz un spaiuacoperit, dar deschis. Prin ferestrele mari dis-puse inspre gradin, casa absoarbe spaiulexterior i gradina devine nucleul terenului.

    STUDENTS' PRESENTATION

    The site situated in Cotroceni, is a rectangleshaped garden with trees grown on the con-tour. After studying part of Cotroceni , besidethe usual conclusions about building heights,sun study, et. I noticed a special attention ofthe people living there for their gardens. Theproject started with the pursuit of a relation-ship between the house and the garden andhow these two types of space can interact.

    The house expands in length and disposesitself on the contour of the site, leaving spacefor the garden, with a South South-West ori-entation.

    The second floor, arose on piles, frees the siteand vanishes in the treetops, allowing thespace to flow from East to West. A type of covered but open space appears beneath thearose volume. The house inhales the gardenthrough large windows so the gardenbecomes the heart of site.

    Amplasamentul este incinta ansambluluiUniversitii Politehnice Bucureti, caracterizatprin amplasarea liber a unor pavilioane ntr-unspaiu verde, dupa modelul urbanismului anilor'60. Acest spaiu verde a fost proiectat iniial doarca suport neutru pentru evidenierea unei arhi-tecturi de bun calitate (n marea sa majoritate). n urma analizei acestui ansamblu arhitectural, sepot alege zone de studiu diferite ca scar.

    Se propune studierea relaiei dintre acest spaiuverde, rezidual / interstiial - denumit generic"Parcul Politehnicii" - i: pavilioanelePolitehnicii, activitile gzduite n aceasta in-cint, accesele, circulaiile majore i dotrile

    vecine.

    The site is the park of the PolytechUniversity Bucharest, an example ofurbanism model of the '60s, characteristhe free placement of the theaching pavinside a green space.     PREZENTAREA STUDENTILOR

    Sunt 3 elemente pe care le-am urmrit n realizareaproiectului. Primul dintre acestea este caracterul unitari anume ca intervenia noastr s se extind pe toatsuprafaa campusului astfel nct ansamblul s iipstreze unitatea.

    Al doilea lucru este eficiena interveniei i tocmai deaici provine ideea de traseu. Traseul se suprapune pesteanumite drumuri, folosite frecvent n prezent ca scurt-turi i care traverseaz spaiile verzi ntr-un mod liber.Astfel, traseul se prezint sub forma unui drum al cruiscop principal este tranzitul, care se racordeaz la iintersecteaz strazile existente, dar care de asemeneaprezint opiunea unor drumuri secundare, ocolitoare.De-a lungul acestui drum apar punctual pavilioanele curol principal de puncte de ntlnire. Aceste pavilioanesunt poziionate n funcie de intersecia circulaiilor, acldirilor din jur i a locurilor cu un caracter special.

    Al treilea element pe care l-am urmarit este sentimen-tul de artificial care intr in dialog cu contextul existent.Pavilioanele capat un aspect sculptural prin culoareavie i material (metal vopsit). Elementele naturale(copacii, florile, iarba, pietriul) sunt separate i aparca elemente insulare cu un contur precis. Drumul (asfaltnegru), folosit i ca panou informativ, primete undesen care ilustreaz un circuit electric, o mic ironie laadresa studenilor Politehnicii.

    STUDENTS' PRESENTATION

    There are three general elements we have pursuour design. The first one is that our interventioncover the whole surface of the campus in order the balance between different parts inside the caThe second important idea is efficiency which lthinking about creating a road. The road actually

    laps certain paths which are not part of the oribuilding plan but of spontaneous nature and wcross through the open and green spaces. We wahighlight these paths especially because they arfrequently used as shortcuts. Along this main rhave positioned several pavilionary constructionhave the main function of a meeting point, but cbe used as coffee shops and can host cultural anding events. These structures are positioned basedintersection of circulations, surrounding buildinlandscape, and special areas. Their position crerhythm inside the space of the campus, thus crmany subdivisions which are easier to appropriawanted to separate our design from the existinand through this complete separation in style toa feeling of respect towards the buildings. The ctions thus appear to be more sculptural througmaterial (metal beams and sheets) and its color (yellow). Moreover, all the natural elements (tflowers, grass, gravel) are separated from each and take the shape of singular entities with a pborder line, so that the feeling experienced is tnatural environment which has been altered andmore and more like a building.
