The ZeroG® software includes interactive balance training and games with visual feedback, making therapy fun and engaging while encouraging participation. ZeroG® prevents falls and gives individuals the confidence to push the limits of what is possible. “The first time I was scared out of my wits, so I said to myself they’re not going to let anything happen to me. HEALTHY RASPBERRY MUFFINS
• 1/2 cup rolled oats• 1 cup low-fat milk• 3/4 cup flour• 1/2 cup cornmeal• 1/4 cup wheat bran• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.• Combine oats and milk in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 3 minutes until
oats are tender. Set aside.• Combine flour, cornmeal, bran, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in
honey, oil, lime zest, egg, and oat mixture.• Fold in raspberries.• Divide batter equally into each cup.• Bake 16–18 minutes. Allow to cool on a cooling rack before serving.
