You have been granted a passport to China. You have also won a seat on a time machine that will take you back to 1966 during the Cultural Revolution in China.You will also have an affable companion: Ji-li Jiang, a twelve-year-old sixth grader. She will be your tour guide and will give you her perspective of Chairman Mao’s Cultural Revolution.Your trip, which is sponsored by T.I.P.S. – “Teaching Interdisciplinary Problem Solving,” requires that you provide an accurate view of the Cultural Revolution. Our American high school students are depending on your PowerPoint and oral presentation! Are you ready? Have you packed your materials? Do you have your passport? Let’s go!
