Mike LeVasseur ~ President, C.O.O., Kennan Auto BodyMIKE ENTERED THE COLLISION INDUSTRY IN 1976 WHEN HIShigh school Consumer Economics teacher offered him a job at his father’s Auto Body Supply store.

He enrolled in Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology and contin-ued to work in a small auto body shop, refining his skill set.

In 1980, Mike joined a multi-franchised dealership, and spent the next 13 years as a technician and body shop manager. In 1988 Mike wonthe honour of ‘Highest National Score’ for ASE.

In 1993, he met Don Keenan at a seminar. Shortly thereafter, heopened the first expansion shop of Keenan Auto Body, Inc ‘Keenan Auto Body West’. In 2001 he was promoted to partner, and assumed therole of Executive Vice President, COO. He is currently President andChief Operating Officer operating 12 facilities, encompassing two states,with sales exceeding $22 million and growing.

One of Mike’s most significant goals in Keenan Auto Body is contin-uing to work as a team on behalf of his communities. His staff and manyof their family members have worked together for the past fourteen years hosting an annual charity golf outing, raising in excess of $300,000for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Camp-Make-A-Dream, Children and Youth Services, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House and Little Smiles, while continuing to support manylocal educational and community events.

Mike began converting shops to waterborne paint products in 2009.He took advantage of several grants and tax credits, and installed solarpanels at his Delaware facility, and continues to research viable optionsfor all locations. Additionally Mike volunteers his time educating industrypartners on the processes of operation and importance of green initiatives.

In 2002, she was promoted to Vice President of Rental overseeing operations in South Florida. Hylen continued to make significant strides,helping to firmly establish Enterprise as a top rental car company in that market.

In 2004, she was promoted to Vice President/General Manager over-seeing the state of Colorado. At this point, she began to manage the CarSales and Fleet Management operations, in addition to the daily rentalbusiness. The operation in this state improved and began to perform at a high level.

After six years, she and her family accepted an opportunity to relocate to Enterprise’s worldwide headquarters in St. Louis and Hylenbecame the Senior Vice President overseeing North Central Operations.

Hylen graduated from Pepperdine University in California, with abachelor’s degree in Business. She resides in St. Louis with her husband,Joel, and their two sons.
