The Company

NR Industries is a global Indian company providing

engineering solutions for the production and automotive

sector. We offer state of the art technologies, supported

by more than 30 years of engineering expertise in the

field of manufacturing of structural metal components

and assemblies. This area currently covers design,

manufacture and supply of Sheet Metal Components,

CNC Machined Components, Pressed Parts, Welded

assemblies and Investment Castings. NRI has a strong

focus on customer satisfaction and this is achieved by our

solid engineering background, world class production

processes, an honest emphasis on quality, and validation

of the performance. Every product is manufactured as per

the Quality Assurance Plan and is thoroughly tested

before handing over to the client. This philosophy has

resulted in NR Industries being selected as a preferred

business partner for companies, Indian as well as

international.

NR Industries has made significant investments in state of

the art infrastructure to meet expectations of global

customers. Our engineering offices cover an area of

6000 sq. ft. and are well equipped with the latest tools for

Analysis, 3D Modelling and Documentation for

manufacturing. On the shop floors, manufacturing

processes such as high precision VMC and CNC

Machining, Welding, Thread rolling, Broaching, Cylindrical

and Centre-less Grinding, Power-press Applications, and

Conventional Machining such as Turning, Drilling, Milling,

are followed to produce world class products. We have

three exclusive manufacturing shops for Aluminium and

Stainless Steel products, covering an area of 28000 sq. ft.

(2600 sq. metres) as a part of this infrastructure. In

addition, our Quality Control facility is well equipped with

up to date mechanical and automated measuring

instruments. Our team of qualified Engineers,

Technicians, trusted Suppliers, and loyal Staff, complete

our objective to help deliver products with consistent

quality and monitor our manufacturing processes.

Products and Quality

At NRI, our primary objective is to provide high quality

industry and society. This is well achieved by a strong focus

on all supply chain activities such as procurement, design,

development, production and logistics. We procure raw

materials from the most trusted vendors in the market. The

products are manufactured as per international quality

standards to ensure safety, reliability, and durability. To

guarantee this, NRI has acquired an ISO/TS 16949:2009

certification and prepared a Quality Manual to follow for all

of its units. This comprises of the required Quality

Management System, Resource Management, Process

FMEA’s, Quality Policies and Objectives.

The company also focuses on following Lean Disciplines to

ensure best utility of resources and efficient waste

management.

All Products are thoroughly tested on our Shop Floor

before delivery to the Customer.
