NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS1. In each district there is only one examination centre for

final test. The centers may be increased according to thestrength of participants in final test and also area wise.

2 In each class the top 5% of the participants frompreliminary test will be taken for final test in eachexamination centre with 60% marks.

3. The fee paid once is not refundable.

4. Academy has every right to take final decision in all mattersif necessary.

5. Soon after the releasing the preliminary and final resultscontact for any information in this regard within onemonth. Later correspondence will not be entertained.

Follow up activities1. Award Mathematical books, Memontoes and Merit

Certificates to the toppers in each class in eachexamination centre according to the total number ofparticipants.

2. National and State level prizes will be awarded to allClasses.

3. Free coaching camps will be conducted for the Nationaland state level toppers for attending mathematicsolympiads i.e., Regional Mathematics Olympiad(R.M.O) and Indian National Mathematics Olympiad(I.N.M.O) etc.,

4. Our official Magazine "GANITHA VAAHINI" will be sendto the National and State toppers freely one year i.efrom Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 which contains the articlesin both Telugu and English.

5. The National and state toppers will be treated as oneyear free members of our "MATHEMATICS LIBRARY".

6. In each class National first ranker is awarded with cashprize Rs. 1,000/- and second ranker with Rs. 500/-.
