Purpose1 The family trees of a few of the prominent Ceylon Colombo Chetty
family are being contructed.• it is a work in progress. • In the future I expect to publish a page per family (or nuclear family,
or person), with photos & links to any anti-social "social media", etc. • At this stage it is limited to Anglican Colombo Chettys. The other
group is Catholic, evidently the two groups are not inter-related.• Please make any submission via email.
2 Each such family is rendered, on the following pages. • They are somewhat complete, but they are limited to the current few
generations, and the knowledge they have.4 However, it is well known that the families inter-married in earlier
generations. The purpose of this page is to identify such relations. • In order to do so, just three generations of each family are given on
this page, and the earlier generations left blank, to be filled in.• Your help is particularly sought in this venture.
