Special arrangements can be made for paper-based exams only. Exam date cancellation We reserve the right to cancel an exam if the number of registered candidates does not meet our minimum entry requirements. Refunds We are able to refund you your examination fee in specific cases only. No refund will be issued in the event of a timetable clash with a local or other examination, or with professional commitments or trips. Please check our website for further details. Complaints and Special consideration If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so in writing before you leave the test venue (for computer-based exams) or within three calendar days of the test date (for paper-based exams). Results and Certificates Statement of Results will be available online. Instructions on how and when you can access them will be included in your Confirmation of entry, in the bottom left corner of this document. Once your certificate arrives from Cambridge, we will let you know by email. Because of the value placed on certificates, we will require candidates and schools to collect and sign for them in person. Enquiries on results must be received no later than the end of the month following the results issue date. The decisions of Cambridge Assessment English concerning results are final. How to register? Registration is entirely online. Individual candidates can register at esolreg.britishcouncil.org and institutions can submit block registrations for groups of candidates at esolb2b.britishcouncil.org.
