Instructing and supervising group and individual ac- tivities including homework and tutoring, meal prepa- ration and serving, household chores, recreational and play time, morning and bed time routines, etc. Transporting residents to church, doctor’s appoint- ments, recreational activities, and group outings. Performing general housekeeping duties and main- tains written records in accordance with compliance guidelines among other duties. Completing mandatory staff training. Requirements include a high-school diploma, bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred, clean back- ground check, drug screening, and current driver’s li- cense. Experience working with children preferred. Must possess exceptional teamwork skills.
