Namtek Consulting Services is a leading Canadian IT firm, providing the latest software solutions

It all began in 2000, in Québec, Canada, with an experienced Software Engineer, EDI & Integration Specialist and IT Business Consultant, Pierre Namroud. His goal was to provide flexible, affordable

**Please note that for an on-premise software deployment, the customer will have additional steps to
cover in regards to the purchasing and/or upgrading of their hardware, such as applications and database
servers, updating their networking infrastructure, installing a proper backup solution and purchasing the

1. Planning & Analysis
• An internal project team at the client’s head office will be created. This team will work hand-in-hand with our IT experts and will oversee the entire project to ensure its success.
• Our IT experts will document the current issues and challenges the client is facing and the solutions required to overcome these issues.
• The project plan will be developed and shared with the client. This will be used as the implementation guide.
2. Design & Development
• Configurations of the new system and roles of each user will be setup in this phase. • Any customizations to the system, if necessary, will be done to ensure a good fit with the
client’s business and the software solution. • The import of the client’s business data. This is typically done by the client, however, our
team is available to assist in this step. 3. Testing
• Client will test the system to ensure that it meets all of their requirements. • Adjustments will be made to some configurations, where necessary, upon testing.
4. End User Training
• This step involves our IT experts thoroughly training the client’s system users on how to properly use the new software application.
• All training materials and user manuals will be provided to the client. 5. Deployment
• The client will Go-Live with the new system.
6. Ongoing Support
• Our Support team will be available for all inquiries and issues related to the system.
