Game Day Orders: Game-Day Menus are provided in each suite
Advanced Ordering
We request that your suite order be placed 48 hours prior to the game. Orders can be placed by
phone or email. Please contact Brien between the hours of 9am and 5pm. After hours, you may leave
your order by email or voicemail. For voice mail orders, please leave a clear message with your name,
suite number and the best phone number to reach you. If ordering by email, please send your completed
order suite form to Brien.
Diamond Creations confirms all suite catering orders, so please provide a name and phone number for
confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact
Brien. Orders placed after the 48 hour advanced notice window may be limited. It is in both our best
interests for the suite holder to advance order, as this allows us to provide the best possible food
service.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
All alcoholic beverage sales will end after the 7th inning is completed or at management’s discretion.
An authorized suite attendant will be required to monitor consumption of liquor, wine and beer.
Diamond Creations reserves the right to refuse service at manager’s discretion.
Game Day Ordering
If you require additional food and beverage service during an event, game day food and beverage
items may be ordered from our Game Day Suite Menu; a copy of which can be found in your suite. If
you have any special requests, please let your suite attendant know when you arrive.
Outside Food and Beverage
No outside food or beverages are permitted into the ballpark or its Luxury Suites. For special requests,
please contact our Executive Chef Chris Evans. Thank you in advance for honoring this policy.

Delivery
In order to ensure you receive quality product and service upon arriving at your suite, all food
items ordered will be placed in your suite prior to gates opening. If you require delivery at a
different time, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request. All food
items will be removed from your suite at the conclusion of the event. Suite holders are welcome
to remain in the suite following the event, but suite attendants are required to remove all food
items and utensils.
Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy
If, for any reason, you must cancel your order, please be advised that a 24 hour notice
must be provided to the Catering Office or you will be billed the full price of your order.
In the event of a delay or cancellation of the ballgame due to inclement weather, your catering
order will be prepared, served and billed for as originally planned. If five innings of the
ballgame are not completed, your game tickets may be exchanged at the Vibes box office for a
future game in the same season subject to availability. Arrangements for rescheduling the use
of a hospitality suite must be made through the company or organization currently leasing the
suite.
Billing Information
Before the game, one or more of our catering representatives will check in with you to make
sure that your order was completed to satisfaction and that the service quality met your
expectations. We appreciate your feedback. Guests not pre-authorized to charge against the
suite must pay with cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card)
on game day. After the event, you or a personally authorized guest will be asked to sign the bill.
Companies that have been authorized to be billed for their charges must have a credit card on
file as backup. Any outstanding balance after 60 days will be charged to the credit card.
Applicable sales tax and an 18.5% facility fee will be added to all preorder bills.

The Rocky Mountain Vibes and Diamond Creations can provide the setting and service to
make your event truly special! We have beautiful function spaces, including our 150 seat
Banquet Hall and 500 seat Picnic Terrace, to accommodate a variety of special occasions.
