Briefing notes, Re: 875 Heron Road

November 2014 briefing notes to Public Works Minister Diane Finley and her deputy minister about an investigation by the federal information commissioner outlining concerns that the department withheld records about air quality testing at the CRA tax centre in Ottawa, which contains asbestos. The documents were released to the Ottawa Citizen under the access to information law.
