DEATH CASES
Total death cases reported : 48 cases
Ex-gratia paid : 48 cases
Ex-gratia of Rs.5.00 lakhs each has been paid for all the 48 cases under State Govt. Norms.
Ex-gratia of Rs.2.00 lakhs each has also been paid to all the 45 cases under PMRF through online bank transfer.
Payment of Gratuitous relief for injury cases. Severely injured cases : 53 Injured cases : 69 Total : 122 Ex-gratia paid under GOAP : 122 cases i. Disability between 40% to 80% : 7(GOAP 1.00 lakhs + GOI 50000)ii. Hospitalization more than a week :46(GOAP 50,000/- + GOI 9300/-)iii. Hospitalization for less than a week 69(GOAP 15000/- + GOI 3100/-) Ex-gratia paid under GOI : 6 cases @ 50000/- each
The Govt. have released an amount of Rs.75.99 Crores vide G.O.Rt No.273 dt.21.11.2014. (at the time of submission of proposals to the Govt., 2nd phase enu-meration is going on. Hence, the proposals were submitted for Rs.75.99 crores only. Accordingly, the Govt. have released the budget.)
All the beneficiaries details viz. photos, bank account numbers, aadhar numbers etc were uploaded in the HUDHUD website. Sanction orders were issued from Collec-tor’s Office authorizing the Tahsildars to draw the funds as per the scale of Relief.
The relief amount was drawn in DC bills only.

The Govt. vide G.O.Rt No.4 Dt. 03.01.2015, have released an amount of Rs.14.07 Crores for payment of relief (Rs.8.07 cr towards relief and Rs.6.00 Cr Subsidy)

and the relief amount of Rs.1.12 Cr. lapsed by 31.03.2015 As regard to utilization of subsidy component, the Joint Director of Fisheries
could not get consents from the bankers as the time is too short. As such he has utilized Rs.8.00 lakhs only against Rs.600 lakhs by 31.03.2015 and the budget of Rs.582.00 lakhs lapsed due to financial year ended.
On both the above, revised authorization is requested from Government Similarly, to pay compensation of livelihood to the fish vendors other than those
located in fish harbour, the proposals are yet to be approved by Government. Orders awaited from the Government for releasing of budget of Rs.352.00 lakhs.

IV) NOTE : The ARECS, Kasimkota have incurred an amount Rs 31.83 Crs to-wards restoration works till date. Nearly an amount of Rs 8.60 Crs has to be borne by the society for the remaining balance of restoration and strengthening of lines and for which reason, the society have been fallen into loss and causing difficult for the payment of CC.Charges to the APEPDCL, since from Hud-Hud Cyc-lone to till time .

RECONSTRUCTION OF HUDHUD DAMAGED HOUSES
A. CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES under IAY
Initially 15219 families are identified for construction of houses In the meanwhile, the Govt,. have launched NTR housing scheme and total
houses are limited to 11,750 ( i.e 9929 +1821) Administrative sanction orders are also issued for 4483 houses after se-
lection of beneficiaries by multi disciplinary team consisting of Tahsildar, MPDO and AE Housing after approval of the Gram Sabha
The allotment is made @1250 houses for each Rural Assembly Con-stituency
The unit cost is fixed @Rs.2.75 lakhs per unit
B. CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES (DONORS ) UNDER 50: 50 SHARE
Initially 6000 houses allotted to Visakhapatnam district @ 239.9 crores Subsequently it limited to 5501 houses only due to increasing of unit cost
