The program will run from Monday to Friday. The program is for children aged 5-12

years only. Activity times are strictly 9.00am - 4.00pm. Please be on time.*Payment is DUE before program commences, children will need to be booked in and pre-paid to secure a spot on the holiday program. (Max 30 per day)* As with previous holiday

programs the attendance on excursions is on a first come first served basis. All extra

children will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated if at all possible. Unless

otherwise stated, children should bring a cut lunch and a large drink. Please pay

particular attention to the needs that are required for each excursion and ensure they

are met with accordingly. It is COMPULSORY for all children attending the holiday

program to be members of the Bridgewater PCYC; this is an additional $10.00 which

covers the child until the end of the year. All registrations are to be done prior to the

commencement of the holiday program.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

The code of behavior document allows us to refuse care for children displaying

unacceptable behavior and to call parents in to take the child home. Please ensure to

tell staff if your child/children require medication throughout the day. A confidential

journal is kept at the club when medication is given, stating at what time medication was

given and witnessed and co signed by another worker. Children who display

unacceptable behavior will not be able to take part in activities at the Centre. This is for

the safety and comfort of the staff and children. Appropriate notification will be given to

parents. Enrolment forms with emergency contact numbers must be filed in prior to the

child taking part in an activity. The Bridgewater Police & Community Youth Club will not

be responsible for any personal items brought on the Holiday Program. Children

bringing items do so at their own risk.

HOLIDAY PROGRAM 2015 Monday 28/09/15- Kidz Bizzzz

Enjoy a day at the Kids Bizzzz with your friends and enjoy some sandwiches and fruit provided by Kidz Bizzzz.

Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, a hat, fruit and sandwich platters provided

Tuesday 29/09/15- Pizza & Basketball Tas Clinic

A day where you and your friends can become a lot more skillfull with Basketball Tasmania followed by a pizza lunch.

Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch, drink and a hat

Wednesday 30/09/15- Sports Day A great day out at Bagdad with our Mobile Activity Centre where there will be a range of games and activities with our Mobile Activity Centre followed by a BBQ for lunch.

Cost: $20.00 Need: A hat, packed lunch and drink, BBQ provided

Thursday 01/10/15- Theatre Royal- Red Racing Hood

An exciting day with friends at the Hobart’s Theatre Royal watching a play called Red Racing Hood.

Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch, a drink and hat

Friday 02/10/15- Deany’s Farm

To finish the Holiday Program a day at Deany’s farm feeding animals and going for tractor rides

Monday 05/10/15- Hobart Historic Cruise

A day out on the Hobart Historic Crusie looking around Hobart followed with a visit to a park for some fish

‘n’ chips.

Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, hat. Fish ‘n’ Chips provided

Tuesday 06/10/15- Zone 3

A fun day with your friends playing laser tag at Zone 3.

Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, hat

Wednesday 07/10/15- Sports Day & Chauncy Vale Wildlife A great day out at Bagdad with our Mobile Activity Centre where there will be a range of games and activities with our Mobile Activity Centre along with a visit to the Chauncy Vale Wildlife where there will be a walk to the Caves followed by a BBQ for lunch.

Thursday 08/10/15- The Great Escape

A day at the Great Escape Play Centre along with cooking and cupcake decorating.

Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch, drink and a hat, BBQ provided

Friday 09/10/15- Movies A visit to the Eastlands cinemas to watch the latest children’s movie.

Cost: $20.00 + an additional $7.00 if you would like to purchase a combo Need: Packed lunch and drink along with a hat
