• The NT Planning Commissioner has included the Darwin

City Centre Master Plan in the Draft Darwin Regional

Land Use Plan 2014

• The NT Government has committed $6 million for two

projects in its 2014/15 budget

• The City of Darwin has committed $3 million in its

2014/15 budget
