Your Time is a Gift from God and it’s limited

throughout all generations -- Psalm 90:1

Before the mountains were born or you

brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are

God. -- Psalm 90:2

“Yet you sweep people away in the sleep of

death—they are like the new grass of the

evening it is dry and withered-- Psalm 90:5

If we could see God as he is, we would give him the reverence he is due

If we could see God as he is, we would be more careful with the time we

have been allotted.

I wish I hadn’t worked so hard

“This came from every male that I nursed. They missed their children’s

youth, and their partners companionship. Women also spoke of this regret, but as most were from

an older generation, many of the female patients had not bee bread

winners. All of the men I nurse deeply regretted spending so much

of their lives on the treadmill of work existence” – Bronnie Ware

I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true

to myself—not the life others expected of me

Page 19: Breathing Room: The Space between our current pace and or limit.

“This was the most common regret of all. When people realize that their

life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how

many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honored even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices

they had made, or not made. Health brings a freedom very few realize

until they no longer have it.” – Bronnie Ware
