By using hand sanitizerand letting it dry onyour hands

And you can help...

AWARENESS ISKEYWhile young children may not understandthe facts of the outbreak, they may besensitive to changes in their routine andthe stress experienced by caregivers.Most often, they cannot talk about theirfears and distress.

WAYS TO HELPKeeping a regular routine (like regularmealtimes and bedtimes) can helpchildren feel safe. Find time to play andrelax, too.Offer verbal and physical reassurance,extra comfort, and patience.Connect with family, friends, and peersvirtually. Take care of yourself so that you canremain available to your child andmodel good behavior for them.
