Breathe Safe: Submission

Breathe Safe is native mobile application built on iOS platform. It is compatible on all Apple mobile devices like iPhone, iPod and iPad.

The application is currently available for download through the TestFlight system for judges to evaluate.

We will be soon uploading the app to the Apple app store for public consumption.

The Android version of the app will be released after the successful launch of the iOS version.

The app is designed in such a way that content could be easily pulled into a native Android application

Breathe Safe: Approach Our approach is to group the NIOSH

website into three simple easy to navigate sections.

Use of Respirators, focuses on raising awareness and educating the safety measures among the interested audience

Respirator Information, provides detailed information on respirator types, videos related to respiratory protection and lists a whole bunch of FAQs

Approved respirators, section offers the user to do a quick or detailed search on certified equipment list

Use of Respirators

Queries information on how to implement the appropriate respirators at workplace from the NIOSH site

Revoked Respirators and NIOSH issued used notices are available through a touch of button

Buyers guide could be downloaded at any point of time as a PDF document and could also be shared through mail and social networks

Breathe Safe offers a quick search option which lists the certified respirators under four categories

The detailed search lets the user search with multiple criteria

Search results are directly queried from NIOSH website

Ancillary Respirator Information

NIOSH website offers lot of extra information such as publications, FAQs and Training videos.

Breathe Safe groups this information accordingly and provides a simple interface to access same.

Videos are played inside the app directly from the Youtube channel.

Publications, FAQs and Articles could be read within the app.

Breathe Safe: How To

Breathe Safe is available for judges for evaluation through TestFlight System.

We would like to add the judges to our TestFlight team so that they can download the app and run it on their iOS devices.
