WHO classification

• Non-invasive carcinoma-ductal carcinoma in situ ( DCIS ) +lobular carcinoma in situ ( LCIS )

Invasive carcinoma - invasive ductal carcinoma (NST,NOS) invasive ductal carcinoma with dominant intraductal component, invasive lobular, carcinom mucinous, carcinom papillary, carcinom tubular, adenoid cystic carcinoma, carcinom sekretoric (juvenile) carcinoma apocrine, Paget´s carcinoma of breast nipple

• Surgery - radical mastectomy vs. Segmentectomy, TE+SLNB

• Adjuvant radiotherapy

Complications of breast surgery

• Pneumothorax – radical mastectomy

• Vulneration of axillary vessels

• Vulneration of plexus brachialis

• Late complications – lymfoedema of prox.extr.
