At HacknBreak 2017, there was over 1000 participants, 300 speakers, trainers and mentors, 21 conference talks and forum, 160 workshops, seminars and social activities, 10 hackathon, gamejam, ideathon, gamejam and makeathon, 3 night events and concerts, 8 DAYs of unforgettable experiences.

About HacknBreak is a new generation camp format that focus on technology and design. It takes over 7 - 8 days and has 90-100 sub-events. Last HacknBreak took place in August 2017 with the help of a group of qualified people from around the world. There was approximately 1000 participant and majority of them coming from outside Izmir.Qualified participants and talent are important for us. So we invited approx. 1.400 participants in 2017, according to letter of intent and expertise from 2,100 filled application forms.

HacknBreak has been meeting point of Turkey's most intelligent and creative people, entrepreneurs and most innovative companies. Hackhaton, ideathon, workshop, conference talks, partnership dialogue, business negotiations took place in a purely natural atmosphere.HacknBreak is a tech-focused event. But it includes also are many non-technic events like chess tournaments, yoga, windsurf, kitesurf, cycling, beach activities, film screenings, concerts.
