For our yeast doughs wie use Bio-Molasses yeast from Agrano. Roasted & grounded bread improves aroma, freshness and durability. The following sorts are used for roasted & grounded bread: Brodowiner, tri-grain bread, whole-grain bread, rye bread, sunflower bread. We may use malted barley flour in our sourdough breads and Ökostolz* (spelt flour*, acerola mash*) in our spelt breads according to the baking quality of the grains. Our Backferment contains honey.
