Challenge: Streamline communication and engagement with fund investors (customers).

Solution: redesign of website, move to Wordpress platform with CMS, enable blogs to replace newsletters.

Results: Enabled more effective sales process, stripped costs out of the business by enabling newsletter/blog publishing. Improved customer satisfaction.

Client: DL Falk Builders

Business Type: Builders (private and public works construction)

Challenge: create a digital presence to make Falk competitive in the bidding process.

Solution: a web site with a showcase gallery and easy-to-use CMS system to sell the quality of the work and make it simple to keep content current.

Results: Falk was able to participate in a new class of bids where low bid was not the sole criterion upon which contracts were awarded.Project Highlights

Solution: a web site integrating existing conference platform (Pathable), and incorporate CMS system (Wordpress) for easy updating.

Results: dramatic improvement in conversion of visitors to conference-goers (sold out in 2014).

Results: produced a 3x ROI, generated new stable pipeline of leads and customers.

Client: Made By Survivors (now Relevee)

Business Type: “Double bottom line” ecommerce jewelry company

Challenge: increase sales volume, take business to the “next level”.

Solution: major pivot in biz model and strategy - rebrand and re-launch with emphasis shifted from non-profit ethos to full-blown jewelry ecommerce store. Pro-social element positioned as differentiator rather than a core identity.

Results: substantial increase in conversion rates, revenue run rate
