Brambleton, Virginia 201481999-2016
Marketing & EventsSoave Real Estate’s investment and commitment to Brambleton dates to 1999. Its commitment to our residential buyers and commercial tenants remains steadfast. The community events and lifestyle are first class and continue to help bond the community together as it increases in size each year.
In 2015, there were 50 scheduled events! Many of the events were held in the town center, the hub of Brambleton, and benefited local charities in Loudoun. These events included: The Brambleton Ribbon Run, Loudoun Lyme 5K/10K, Kids Triathlon and Ringing in Hope.
With the continued growth of schools in Brambleton, it is important to help drive and encourage school spirit so a number of events focused on the youth and promoting a positive attitude and spirit. Events included Lace Up for Learning, a Homecoming Parade, Kids Night Out, elementary school field trips to the Brambleton Town Center engaging with the tenants and medical offices.
Other events were simply for enjoyment and to help create a lifestyle that is different than other neighborhoods. These events included the neighborhood campout, a summer concert series, Brew Festival, B-Fit Challenge to introduce the trail system to residents and the annual Red, White & BRAM and Fall Festivals.
Brambleton would like to thank all of its customers and residents for making this community thrive. As we enter 2016, we look forward to leading and managing the lifestyle and event programs and increasing our spirit of cooperativeness with the residents and homeowners’ association.
Sincerely,
The Brambleton Group
