private sector in India. SAP wanted to make inroads to public sector & SMEs
but faced the challenge of language barrier. Therefore, SAP decided to
localize its ERP in Hindi. Braahmam team was involved as language experts
for ERP localization & testing.
• Ramped up team of linguists from 10 to 50 in 1.5 months & trained
them on SAP Translation System
• Converted classroom training into interactive courses accessible
through in-house developed LMS for effective learning
• Formed a team of domain experts for translation & validation
• Acted as a globalization consultant for SAP regarding the use of
language & approach
• Developed in-house PM system with built-in workflows to facilitate
