y Click on Reservation/Check in buttony Complete guest data sheety To Choose a room click on Pick Room buttony Then click on Book This Room buttony To make a deposit click on Pre-pay Room buttony Enter the amount, then select the payment methody Receipt is automatically generated.y The reserved room has just been paid for.y Print Reservation Report for the client.

Printers, Manager, Password and Room Taxes.y Schedule employees Periodically schedule staff for daily, weekly or
monthly rolesy Approve clock out Requires that cash drawer be checked before
clock out.
