DEVELOPED AT GOOGLE
Search Inside Yourself (SIY) is a highly
interac3ve course that blends evidence based
mindfulness, emo3onal intelligence and
neuroscience to awaken the best in people
and organisa3ons.
SIY has been offered to thousands of Google
employees to help take leadership to higher
levels of effec3veness, purpose and meaning.
It was developed by a Google Engineer, a Zen
teacher, a Stanford University Neuroscien3st
and the author of Emo@onal Intelligence, Daniel

and for the first 3me in New Zealand.
The Benefits of Mindfulness & Emo4onal Intelligence
Learn the essenTal competencies for sustaining peak performance, creaTvity and moTvaTon
In a fast-‐paced world, increasing numbers of people are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and disengaged. Our workplaces are full of burnt-‐out leaders who report liQle bandwidth for big-‐picture thinking, for innova3on and for building strong cultures. The 3me has come for an inside-‐out approach that empowers people to thrive in the face of ever-‐increasing stress and instability.
Emo;onal Intelligence
Workplace studies prove that emo3onal competencies enhance
performance, leadership effec3veness, and wellbeing.
Mindfulness
Research shows that mindfulness is a founda3onal skill that underpins the inner factors of growth: self-‐awareness, self-‐management, and
emo3onal skills.
Neuroscience
Neuroscience shows that aQen3on is the fundamental energy of the mind. How we direct our aQen3on determines the mental habits we form, the emo3ons we develop,
and the results we experience.
Inspire the Best in Yourself and OthersJoin the emerging movement of companies integraTng evidence-‐based mindfulness into their workplaces
