Any booth that shares a common back wall and/or side with other exhibits and only one side exposed to aisle.

Can be purchased in a row to a make a 10x20, 10x30 etc. provided that exhibitor abides by the rules below:

Inline Booth

Exhibitors in corner inline stands must ensure that unfinished elements from their booth are not visible from the aisle. Exhibitors may order end panels or "masking" from Freeman or may provide a professional alternative on their own. Exhibitors may not store exhibit cases behind booth due to location of electric boxes and fire hazard risk.

● Max height = 8’● No end caps are permitted.●

All display material over 5’ may not extend farther out than5’ from the back of the booth.Exhibitors are required to provide flooring for the entiretyof their booth space

A mini Island booth is a narrow island type booth comprised of one more or 10 ft-by-10 ft booths

A booth that is surrounded by aisles on all four sides and is not on the main aisle.

Lighting trusses are allowed provided they do not exceed 30’ in height.● Lights must be directed to the interior boundaries of the booth space and

included in exhibitor's purchased space.● Bulbs: Halogen, LED Lamps: strobe, gobo flashing, rotating, and other

lighting effects must not interfere with neighboring booths.

Non-Perimeter Peninsula Booth

A Peninsula Booth is exposed to aisles on three sides and shares a common back wall with another exhibitor.

● Maximum Height: Non Main aisle = 20’ Main aisle = 15’

Back walls must be professionally finished, regardless of height of adjacent boothand adjoining walls cannot contain logos or branding of any kindHard Walls: No more than 50% PLAN VIEW

NOTE: Glass counts as a hard wall

● Hanging signs: NOT permitted

● May have more than one level provided drawing isapproved in advance and doesn't exceed maximum height

● Stand drawing must be submitted in advance forapproval by August 30, 2019

Perimeter booths are located along the exhibit halls perimeter walls, may be greater than 15’ in height, and may have one or more display levels.

Perimeter Booth

● Max height = 30’● Hanging Signs: Permitted to 30', provided prior approval received by NBAA

● These locations are highlighted in GREEN on floor plan● NOTE: Multilevel and Covered booths equire additional approvals from the

Convention Center and/or Fire Marshal

● Only perimeter booth locations are allowed to rig/hang signs from the ceiling.● Back walls and side walls that are visible to neighboring exhibitors must be finished

● May have more than one level provided drawing is approved in advance and doesn'texceed maximum height

● Stand drawings must be submitted in advance for approval by August 30, 2019● Booth number must included on stand

Indoor static display space exhibitors may display aircraft and mock ups.

● Hanging Signs:All indoor static display exhibitors are permitted to have hanging signs above their aircraft. Signs must not extend or impede on neighboring aircraft.

● Stand Drawings:Must be submitted in advance, and must include hanging sign.

● Surrounding Exhibit Components and Fencing:* Max height = 3’* Must be finished on all sides* May not occupy more than 50% of purchased space

● Carpet/Flooring:* Not mandatory* NBAA carpets aisles only.* If exhibitor plans to carpet their space, carpet should be installed after the

aircraft is in place.

● Exhibitor Signage:* Double-sided sign provided by NBAA

● Max Height – 12 ft.; 30 ft. for Perimeter spaces● Hanging Signs/Rigging: Only permitted for vehicles in Perimeter spaces● Vehicle keys must be left with Freeman.● 36” | 3 ft. of clear access or aisles must be maintained around the v ehicle.● No part of vehicle (including doors, etc.) may extend into aisles.● Freeman must be used to spot vehicle during move in and move out.● Vehicle must remain in space after show closing until Freeman notifies exhibitor.● Vehicles shall not be moved during the show and will remain turned off while

freight doors are closed.● Fuel tank openings shall be locked or sealed in an approved manner to prevent escape

of vapors.● Fuel tanks shall not contain more than one-quarter their capacity or more than five

gallons of fuel, whichever is less.● Batteries must be disconnected.● Auxiliary batteries not connected to engine starting system may be left connected.● External power is recommended for demonstration purposes.● Battery charging is not permitted inside the building.● Combustible/flammable materials must not be stored beneath display v ehicles.● Fueling or de-fueling of vehicles is prohibited.● The unloading and delivery of all materials and equipment from the Las Vegas

Convention Center docks or other areas to exhibitors' booths or assigned spaces andloading out from same to vehicles must be performed by Freeman as the officialcontractor.

● No balloons allowed- Helium balloons are not permitted in the Las Vegas Co nventionCenter and are not permitted per NBAA Exhibit Rules
