The permit will be from your property to the showgrounds and return subject to the conditions endorsed on the permit including:- the return movement must be within 72 hours for cattle, deer and buffalo: or within 5 days for horses, sheep, goats and camels, and that will allow for the approved person to perform the required treat-ments. Under no circumstances will the approved person perform any treatments of stock unless all conditions of the permit are met, and the permit and waybill presented. An alternative is for any person who has under-taken an approved awareness and training course to treat their own stock will be permitted to utilise the facili-ties on the showgrounds. Any stock not meeting these requirements will be required to be treated by a permanent inspector of stock at a line clearance centre.
