Program Purpose

PURPOSE
To facilitate positive behavior in ALL students.
To reduce the number of inappropriate behaviors by educating
faculty, staff, parents, and students about PBiS.
To reinforce appropriate behavior.
*Team meetings are the first Wednesday of each month.
*Student PBiS Committee members will meet quarterly.
*Any faculty or staff member having a concern or wanting to share ideas are
invited and encouraged to attend the meetings.

The Power of 1
• Individual rewards will take place on the last Friday of each month
• Given by Little Oak Faculty and Staff! Students collect as many as they can!
• Students chose their prize:
1. Students can place however many they choose in the bucket in the cafeteria to be
pulled on Friday. We will pull 10 names on Friday and they will be able to choose from the
“Treasure Chest.”
• 2. Students can cash in for a monthly reward to earn IN THE CLASSROOM.

LOM Class Fast Pass
• “Fast Pass” – Faculty and staff recognize classes when exhibiting appropriate
behavior. These classes are given “Fast Passes”. At the end of each month,
teachers turn in the number of Fast Passes they have accumulated to Mrs.
Guttuso via e-mail. The classes having the most passes will receive a special
reward such as extra recess, a pizza party, a donut party, or other fun events.

• “Friday Fun Night” – This is an activity for students who do not have
administrative behavior reports. This event takes place three times a year and is
sponsored by the PTA.

• The “A” Team – At the end of the first three 9 week periods, students who have
all A’s will be recognized with a special activity.
