• The companies may engage in the following business areas:

— Manufacture of wood and wood products

— Pulp and paper industry, publishing industry

— Manufacture of electrical, electronic and optical equipment

— Manufacture of rubber and plastic products

- Apparel and footwear industry, food industry

- Other low-pollution industries

• At least 12,000 new jobs inside the Park and similar number of indirect jobs in supply and service industry

• At least 38 million UAH of additional income tax revenue to the city budget per annum

• At least 2 million UAH in land lease per annum

• Regeneration of the industrial area and boost to residential development in Ryasne I.
