The subject property, Vista Largo 1 Subdivision, in its entirety
was purchased by Floki, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company in
2019. The owner is petitioning Bonner County in accordance with
Idaho Code Title 50 - 1306A and is requesting a vacation of the
plat in order to achieve his desired land configuration of a
consolidated single tax parcel resulting in one single tax
bill.
