Boeing Leadership Network Retirees Formerly BOEING MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION Gold Card www.bmagoldcard.org September 2016 New Mentoring Program T he BLN-R executive board is coordinating with the Internship and Onboarding orga- nizations to develop a BCA Mentoring Program in partnership with Human Resources and the Learning, Training, and Development departments. Currently, new employees receive inconsistent onboarding and mentoring experiences across the Puget Sound, and the Boeing core values and initial training are not always aligned. The opportunities are there to capture the hearts and minds of our new employees and to align the critical training in the onboarding/mentoring events to the Boeing core values. The goal is to also shape a more agile and produc- tive workforce, which is the basis and objective for the BCA Enhanced Onboarding Project and the newly formed mentoring program. In our BLN-R database (blnretirees.org), we have more than 2,600 active retirees who have shown a variety of interests in maintaining a connection with Boeing. We are currently adding a field titled “Profession” in the database that will allow our mentor- ing program to tap into the Salary Job Classification System (SJC). Our goal will be to align the subject-matter experts by SJC skill code to the needs of new employees coming into the company. We need your help. Numerous obstacles like logs, rocks, tires, metal tubes and water filled ponds will be integrated into the race course to try and stop the riders from crossing the finish line. This race known as the toughest race on two wheels.

The excitement of EnduroCross is the unpredictability of the track conditions and obstacles; despite the high skill of the riders a slippery rock or ascended monster truck tire could spell doom for the competitors. The event will include not only professional riders from all around the world but also local amateur male and female riders.Note: Tickets must be purchase in even numbers. All tickets will be held at the Everett Events Center Will Call office.
