FUNCTION A relaxing and nourishing body ritual inspired by Japanese tradition. A warmed exfoliating cream with Cherry Blossom & Rice Powder is followed by a massage with an exfoliating mitt to soften skin and invigorate the body. A unique foot massage based on reflexology revives vital energy and is completed with a full body massage with melted aromatic shea butter, bringing blissful relaxation.

PREPARATION Place the Shea Butter with Asian Essences in the perfume burner –do NOT light the candle.

Place the tube of Cherry Blossom and Rice Powder Gommage in a bowl of hot water or hot towel cabi.

Prepare 2 towels in a hot towel cabi or Aroma-diffuser.

AWAKENING PRELUDE

Perform specific massage movements on the back of the body over the sheet / towel.

EXFOLIATION - Enzymatic

10 minutes

Cherry Blossom and Rice Powder Gommage (Papaya, Lemon, sorbitol complex) - apply almost all of the contents of one tube to the body.

With long flowing movements, apply the warm gommage along the spine then continue on the rest of the back and the back of the legs – have the client turn and apply on the abdomen, arms, legs and feet.

Leave the gommage to act for 10 to 20 minutes, during this time proceed to the foot massage.

PLANTAR DIGI – Foot massage 10 – 20 minutes

Apply the remaining Cherry Blossom Rice Powder Gommage to the feet and lower legs and perform the specific foot massage.

Light the candle to warm the Shea butter with Asian essences in the perfume burner

EXFOLIATION – Exfoliating mitt

10 minutes

Remove the gommage and invigorate the body with the Exfoliating mitt. Begin on the abdomen, then arms and legs. Have the client turn and continue the exfoliation on the back, back of arms, back of legs and feet.

RELAXATION

10-30 minutes

Shea butter with Asian Essence - perform a relaxing full body massage with the melted Shea butter starting on the back of the body.

FINALE To absorb excess product, apply pressures over the draping on the shoulders, down the arms, on the hands, thighs, above & below the knee & ankle.

Wrap the feet with a hot towel. A second towel may be applied to remove excess product from the décolleté if desired.

PREPERATION Oriental Oil (Shea butter oil; corn oil) - Place the Oriental oil in the perfume burner and light candle.

Aromatic Bags - Prepare 3, each bag is:

-1 Balinese Pebble

-1Tablespoon Oriental Spice Blend (Ginger; Bitter Orange; Nutmeg)

-1 gauze and tie.

Enhancer Body Peeling Wrap (Sea Salt, Lactic Acid, Bitter Orange, Zeolite, Aescin) prepared in a small bowl.

Start client face up between the sheet and towel, moisten hands with water and start the exfoliation.

Help the client to sit-up and start the exfoliation with the Slimming peeling wrap on the back. Roll the sheet down to hips and assist client to lay back on the thermoplastic film.

Continue exfoliating the body all from a face-up position (bending knees to get back of thighs/glutes).

Remove remaining sheet out from under the client’s legs so they are on the Thermoplastic Film.

Wrap in thermoplastic film, then heating blanket for 10 mins. Rinse under the shower.

Client remains face down. Apply Firming Body Serum (Liposome complex: Tetra & Pentapeptide, Yeast Extract) to the areas to be treated using toning movements. Perform a firming massage on targeted areas using the Modelling Body Cream (corn & sunflower oil, vitamin E). (15 min).

Ask the client to turn over and repeat the exfoliation, Firming Body Serum , and Firming massage on the front (15 min).Remove sheet from under client by asking them to bend their knees (roll up to hips). Help client to sit up and remove remaining sheet.Client will end on the Thermoplastic film. *Optional Bust Treatment: exfoliate the clients breast when exfoliating the stomach. Cover with a towel or heating blanket (10mins).

Remove peel-off wrap area by area, hot towel, and remove thermoplastic film.

Start client face down. Apply Exfoliating Body Cream (salicylic acid 0.2%, grafted serine, polyethylene grains, rice starch and kaolin) on theLegs: foot to gluteus and re-drape leg. Do the same on the other leg. Rinse then dry your hands. On the first leg, work the scrub using vigorous movements until it completely rolls off. Roll top sheet up to the hip. Do the same on the second leg.

Back & back of arms: Apply Exfoliating Body Cream, rinse and dry your hands, then roll it off. Remove the rest of the sheet. Complete the removal using a wet (warm) towel, then dry.

Client remains face down. Apply Firming Body Serum (Liposome complex: Tetra & Pentapeptide, Yeast Extract) to the areas to be treated using toning movements. Perform a firming massage on targeted areas using the Modelling Body Cream (corn & sunflower oil, vitamin E). (25-30 min).

Ask the client to turn over and repeat the exfoliation, 2nd sheet removal, Firming Body Serum , and Firming massage on the front. PREPARATION Product Preparation: Bed Preparation: Put on overlapping

• Sugar and Salt Scrub → 1 Tbs Heating Blanket

• Modelling Body Cream → 3 Tbs 1 sheet

• Firming Body Serum →1tsp 4 ft Thermoplastic film

• Modelling Body Cream → 1 tsp + Firming Body Serum →1/2 tsp 2 sheets

• Toning Peel-Off Wrap → ½ cup + 1 1/3 cup of warm water 1 Towels to drape

EXFOLIATION

10 minutes

Sugar and salt scrub (sugar, salt) + Modelling body Cream (corn oil, shea butter, glycerin)

Apply scrub to the entire back side starting at the feet with long effleurage strokes. Remove the remnants with a warm towel then dry. Roll top sheet up as you go.

FIRMING BODY SERUM

20-30 minutes

Client remains face down. Apply Firming Body Serum (Liposome complex: Tetra & Pentapeptide, Yeast Extract) to the areas to be treated using toning movements. Perform a firming massage on targeted areas using the Modelling Body Cream (corn & sunflower oil, vitamin E).Ask client to turn over and repeat the exfoliation, 2nd sheet removal, Firming Body Serum, massage on the front. (20-30 min).
